For the Barr PRINT390 port, the physical
printer type must match the sense code selected on the Port
Configuration dialog box when you configure the port. When you define a printer that uses the Barr PRINT390 or Barr Jobs to Mainframe printer drivers, you need to choose the physical printer type. Complete the following steps to choose the physical printer type.
Open the Windows Printers folder.
Right-click the printer you just defined using the Barr PRINT390 or Barr Jobs to Mainframe printer driver and select Properties.
From the printer's Properties dialog box, select the Device Settings tab.
In the Printer Driver Device Settings tree, select Physical Printer Type.
Next to Physical Printer Type, select the printer type from the list. You have two choices.
IBM 3211 – IBM 3211- type data stream
IBM 3800-Mod 1 – IBM 3800-3 in compatibility mode
For the Barr PRINT390 port, the physical
