From this tab, you can customize the BARR/NJE display properties, such as setting the startup view and selecting the font and colors for the record view and console window. You can access this tab by selecting Session | Configuration on the NJE Console's menu bar.

Defines settings that determine the startup view.
Display Global Command view
Displays the global command view when you start NJE Console. This option is selected by default.
Display Host Command view
Displays the host command view when you start NJE Console. This option is selected by default.
Maximize the console to fit the desktop window
Maximizes the console to fit the desktop window when you start NJE Console.
Defines settings for items that are contained within the record view.
Text
Select the color of the record view text from the list or define a custom color.
Background
Select the background color of the record view from the list or define a custom color.
Font
Select the record view font from the Font dialog box.

Host messages
Select the color of the console window host messages from the list or define a custom color.
