Opening and closing the utility

Retain Window

To open and close the utility, use one of the following methods.

To open the utility

To perform this task, you must have appropriate user access rights.

• From the Spool Window toolbar, click the Retain button.

• On the Spool Window's menu bar, select Document | View Retain.

To close the utility

• On the menu bar, select Retain | Exit.

• Click the Close button ( ) on the title bar.

If you have changed your window settings, you will be prompted to choose whether or not to save your changes.
